Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
My apartment has had constant water leaks as it is on the first floor. Maintance is prompt in responding but fixes are mostly surface and apartment would need to be gutted to be repaired correctly.

But it is nice area, everything is close by and it is dog and cat friendly which is a big plus.
