Tree fell on car!!!!!

A few weeks ago my next door nieghbors car was damaged when a dead tree fell on it. The car was parked in the designated parking area. My car was parked right next to it and my husband heard the crash. The mess was not cleaned up for days. The Village of Stoney Run will not accept resposibilty for the damage and my nieghbors are left paying their deductible. One of the maintenance men said that they have been telling management that the tree was a problem for a long time. They still refuse to take any responsibility!
