and all these reviews are right. I was on the first floor (told i had to take the first floor because i had 2 dogs - i later saw that other people with 2 dogs were on the second and third floors) and it flooded ALL THE TIME !!! -- it was crazy!

And while the maintance guys always came out, regardless of the time of day, to fix my issues...they were not given the money or the right tools to fix it properly so its was always a band-aid, after band-aid...plus, i ended up getting sick from all the mold in my apartment...something that i am still living with on a daily basis.

Then when i went to move out, the management wrote a very unfavorable letter of recommendation all because i used to call and "complain" all the time.

the only plus is that the new building manager is really trying to fix everything and turn it around...but the management company who owns it is the cheapest, rudest, bunch of idiots around so i would say go someplace else...living here isnt worth it !!!
