for the 4th time overall, and the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks, our shower is out of order ... shower nozzle fell apart ... they dont replace it, they just 'repair' it (aka put the broken one back together) ... then, also for the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks, we have no water pressure and are unable to shower in our own ($1300/month) apartment ... 2 weeks ago it took them 4 days to get everything straight ... we are at 4 days and counting this time ... they do not respond to calls/notes, you MUST walk into the office to complain, and even that doesnt really help ... our upstairs neighbors shower drained into our tub because of the ghetto plumbing ... 2 days to fix that ... we also had leaks in our ceiling that they managed to stop, but they never came back to replace any of the damaged/mildewy parts of the ceiling ... cant wait to get out of here ...
