Try running the HEAT PUMP made for Arizona
My electric bill was $485.00 and I was still cold!
I have to put plastic on windows and sleep with my socks on.
Only good news is I dont need to run the air conditioner in the summer.
The dryer must run two cycles to completely dry cloths
alwasy have flood from upstair apartments
Over all maintenance does do a good job
