Looks nice from the outside, but its NOT! When I first moved in there was no heat! They came to fix it 3 times and then had to bring in an outside person to fix it! The guy working in the office is a bit shaddy and knowingly hires drug addicts to be maintenance and grounds men who have master keys to the residents units! I was burglarized by someone who actually locked up and showed no signs of forced entry!!! Then I was threatened not to call the police by the maintenance man! When I did call the police they said that it was definitely an inside job, but since there are no signs of forced entry that there was not enough proof! The officers also said that this was not the first or second time something like this has happened on the complex and that its up to the rental office and management to take action or make employees take lie detector tests! The owner did not seem to care or do anything about the incident!!!!
The parking is horrible at night and it really sucks to walk far in the freezing cold with a bunch of bags of groceries! I do not recommend this place at all! It is a HUGE rippoff!!! Go to Maplewood Apartments on route 38. I lived there for a while before I lived in Stoney Run and never once had a problem there and felt much safer!

I also had an autographed baseball stolen , it had to happen while someone, a subcontractor was doing work in the apartment. The management said they didn't take it but the empty ball holder was the only thing left on the shelf and I have lived here for 15 years.
