About 950 sq/foot size for 2 bedroom. The rent seems high but compared to other local complexes it is relatively inexpensive and you also only pay for electricity. Water and gas is included. Their maintenance department is pretty good. They usually respond quickly in maybe a day or so. They are really good at fixes the smaller problems like a broken towel rack or broken toilet paper holder that other complexes just blow off. They also call out exterminators quickly if you report bugs. They seem to take that seriously.

They provide storage bins too. They seem to be small but they are actually deceivingly big and can fit quite a bit. Each apartment is alloted its very own.

I gave this 4 out of 5 for a few reasons.

--The new windows they have put in have drafts that come thru them or around them, I can't determine which. It's not that bad but enough that makes you wonder if they are sealed properly. My windows fog up at times because of this. Condensation builds up at the base of the windows and the back sliding door. I am not the only one with this concern. I have expressed this concern to them but it hasn't been resolved yet.

--Because of the condensation buildup on the windows, and back door, I occasionally get a very small area of mold form at the baseboard from water laying around. This concerns me since it could be toxic if you leave it go and not clean it with bleach. I have also expressed my concern with this as well. This has not been resolved yet.

--Their maintenance department may be really good in my eyes but I believe they have one ongoing problem. They have a terrible snow removal procedure. Yeah, they plow the parking lot but they do more harm than good because they pile it up behind your car and they don't really sprinkle salt very often. This can be a potential issue because the main entrance is on a slight slope and coming out of the complex in the morning, you can occasionally slide down it.

Overall, I think this is a very nice complex. They really take good care of the landscape and make it presentable. I like that since I want to feel like I come home to a nice area. I would say go for it if you are undecided.
