I have lived at Allison for some time and as you can see by the other reviews it is a great place to live. The person who posted this review obviously didn?t follow the lease terms like you are suppose to and couldnt have possibly taken care of their apt. If you don?t take care of it they have every right to charge your for your damages. Learn to respect other peoples property and not damage it. I love living here.

That sounds like something only the management would say. If something is damaged in an apartment, or not fixed prior to move in then the maintenence dept has a responsibility to make repairs...especially if it should've been done before hand. Follow rules of the lease...bah!
