Yes, Allison Apartments had some good reviews, but don't be fooled. I've lived here for 2 years now, they'll trick you into paying more rent and deposit. And when I moved out last year, I didn't even get my deposit back. When I called David Enterprises, they told me the deposit is theirs to keep. This place is a fraud. If you're smart, look somewhere else.
