My wife and I enjoyed my our stay at the Allison Apts. I only moved out because of my job transfer to another state. Overall, the price is great for the location, size, and safety compared to near-by apartment complexes. My wife and I lived in a 1st floor without the washer and dryer, so we had to used one of the laundry rooms on site which was o.k.-you learn when is the best times to do your wash (and its at decent hours of the day). My wife always felt safe no matter what time she would come home. We nevered had a problem with our AC no matter what temp. it was outside in fact, we kept it so cold we could hang meat inside.

Turning southward onto Maple can be bad at certain times of the day when leaving the complex-the smart thing to do is to turn right(northward)on Maple and then turn left on one of the side roads or take the block around-the traffic problem is a south jersey problem not a allison apartment problem.

The size of the apartment is decent for the price-again what can you expect when you live in south jersey.

The management does do a great job weeding out the undesireables and it is a quiet complex.

Snow plowing is ok in the winter and maintence crew does a good job salting the sidewalks.

Location is great also an easy walk to the near by Walmart or Wawa.

Overall, I would recommand Allison Apartments -take it from a expert in Apartment living considering I've lived in twelve different apartment complexes in seven different states in the last ten years.
