This was my first apt and it was great. As a single female, I always felt safe. I had a large balcony with a view of the tennis courts and nice sized apt. There was an impressive amt of closet space. When I moved in, they completely renovated the apt so I got new carpet and a fresh coat of paint.
I never experienced trouble w/ the heating or AC. Great water pressure in the showers.
Snow shoveling was done while I was at work. I never heard the neighbors and everyone seemed very courteous. Parking was never a problem even when I had friends over.
I highly rec this apt for those looking for a quiet community.
