Not bad if you can afford the high rent.

Allison for the most part is a great place to live. The biggest drawback is I could pay a mortgage with the amount of rent I'm paying. The grounds are kept, but in front of my building, there is no drainage for run off. Every winter this water sits under my car and freezes. Every day it's like ice skating to my car. When they repaved the parking lots last year, they said they would put a drain in, no drain yet. Last year my neighbor fell due to the ice. Hello, lawsuit calling. With the amount of rent I'm paying you would think they would fix this problem.
Maintenance is friendly and quick. The management needs to be more people friendly. The apartments are some of the largest in the area and tons of closet space. They are in the process of replacing all the kitchen cabinets in all the buildings, which is great. Quiet neighborhood. The pool is always clean. Great location, Wawa and Walmart within walking distance. Everything from Starbucks to Sears within a mile. 45 minutes from the Shore. Not a bad place to live as long as you can afford it.
