For the price you're paying, this apartment is VERY reasonable - especially if you like to cook since the stoves are gas stoves and gas and heat are included in your rent.
I have a one bedroom apartment and for the amount of money you're paying, it has a nicely sized living room and bedroom. The area is very safe and compared to other apartment complexes in the area this complex ranked high (i've pretty much looked at all of them when i was looking for apts) Parking is never a problem though some people argue that the 'spaces are too small'. they're only too small if you own a large sized truck/SUV or a Hummer. I have a Honda Accord and it fits fine. The only bad thing i have to say about this complex is not about maintenance, not about the cost, not about the so called 'rusty water'(which, i have NEVER had a problem with), or the apartment manager. It's about the many elderly who live here who probe into your lives. I ran into a couple people that live by me and even before meeting them, they appear to know everything about you (oh i saw your husband last night... does he work late') They're always looking out their windows stalking you. If you don't mind the nosey old people, this place is a great place to live.
