I moved into Allison 2 years ago and am about to move out into a condo. I saw a few reviews and comments so I figured now it was my turn. The cons:
My first year, I witnessed rusty water come thru both my faucets n shower. The second year, this problem did not occur as often. Filter your drinking water. The problme has to do with pipes and age. My parents lived here 35 years ago and I'm guessing the pipes have not been replaced. Also, there are times when for a split second the water would come out scalding hot! Not pleasant when you're trying to wash your face.
Next, parking. Not an issue at first. However, due to some rude tennants allowing their significant others to park directly in front of the stairwells, it can get kind of crowded. Also, due to poor pavement, signage and parking markings, I was also a victim of 2 separate 'hit and runs'. I reported it to the police and they mailed me a parking ticket. Just thought I'd share that one. Also, trees do overhang some spaces and in the Autumn, whatever is on them, falls on your car. Be prepared.
Third, Alice in the office, although pleasant, is not very helpful. She usually tells you that you have to talk to maintenance or Davis directly about particular problems. Be aware of that.
Noise. Well, I had an end unit upstairs, so I had fewer common walls. However, I could easily hear my neighbors' TV's. How you handle that is up to you.
Finally, the KEYS! The batteries in your apartment keys and/or your actual lock, yeah, they DIE!! They die when you're hands are full and it's 7 degrees out. Only happend to me once, but that was enough!
Ok!! Onto the pros!
Rent. For the area, it's CHEAP! Believe me. If you're looking for cheaper, you will not find it in the area unless you really lower your standards. There's a complext next door, it's cheaper, take a look, you'll see why.
Maintenance. They are fairly quick and they do what you ask.
Location. It's near everything (295, Turnpike, 70, 73) and there are plenty of places to eat, go to the movies, etc.
The apartments are a good size for the $$. Nice walk-in closet (unit depending), decent kitchen n living area as well. The storage closet was very helpful as well.
I hope this review was helpful. Good luck.

Yes, "jedimasterdke", your review is quite useful. Regarding the rusty water issue, I would like to say that you are right, the problem is with the old pipes in this apartment complex. The office tells you it's the fire hydrants being drained and some people have said that in their reviews too, BUT it's a flat out LIE. If the fire hydrants are drained, they're not drained into your Evesham Township water supply. Nobody else in Evesham Twp gets rusty water -- it's only here due to the old pipes that this problem occurs very frequently depending on which building you like in. These people will just "sweetly" lie to your face, trying to put the blame on someone else for what they should be replacing.
