I've lived here since the place first opened and have had none of the bad experiences of the other reviewer. I rarely hear anything from the adjoining apartments. I've never had a bad interaction with a neighbor, don't have a problem with the toilets, and have never chipped the countertop. The management staff is extremely accomodating, especially the maintenance guys. There's no pool, which helps keep the noise down. I have a garage and therefore never have a problem parking, but occasionally the parking can get tight. The place is well-kept - the lawns are well maintained in the summer and snow is promptly removed in the winter. The unit layouts are very attractive and functional - my 1-bedroom has windows on two sides and is very well-lit. The gas grills located throughout are very useful. The location is great - easy access to Routes 73 and 70, with back-road access parellel to 73 in both directions that lets you avoid the traffic.

I'd highly recommend this place. It's a nice place to live.
