The outside doesn't look the greatest but 3 miles from 295 and for the price you cant beat it. It is an older apt but they are quick to respond for any problems if you leave a message. (Toilet handle broke and maintence responded within the hour) When i moved in i had new carpets, newer fridge and a dishwasher. I have a one bd rm and it is very roomy for a one bd rm apt. A new stove was put in about 6 mons after i moved in. I also live on the 73 side and can't hear a thing even at rush hour. I live on an end unit but my neighbors are quiet and i don't see many children on my end. There are some shady characters (mostly older teens)that walk through but i have never had a problem. The lots are pretty well lit at night and the cops drive through a couple of times a day. For the money and location, i would recommend the apartments. Grab an end unit if available!
