Nice place to live, but you'll pay for what you get

Maintenance is superior, and response is same or next day always. It seemed like contstruction was a constant and dragging activity in maintaining the property, but I guess you can view that as a good thing in that the property is pretty well maintained. For Marlton the price makes sense, but a mortgage would likely be less expensive for probably twice the square footage. Nearby towns you'll pay less rent for similar properties. Also, the rent increased from $1170 to $1250 in a year. You'll pay signifigantly if you want to review your lease with a month-to-month, 3, or 6 month lease, but be sure to negotiate, as the office mgmt is reasonable if you take a hard line approach on pricing. Which leads to a noteable issue. Managment could not seem to keep on-site staff. Especially managers. In less than a year and a half, 4 different managers had seen the captain's chair. Ultimatly, service level's were inconsistant as a result according to other tentants, but we had little problems. Just be sure to send intent letters or other documents of signifigance via certified mail, and keep a your copy.
Other than that, the pool and sauna are very nice, and the gym is accessable until mid-night. Fireplace and W/D in unit made it a really comfortable place to live. We have since purchased a property and have much more room for a lot less money. I would recomend to a friend who doesn't mind spending the money.
