I have had wonderful experiences living here in Hunters Chase.
I've been here for 2 years.
My rental agent has helped me every step of the way.
When I have questions, they respond quickly.
When the apartment needs repairs, it's done within 24 hours often quicker.
They try to provide social gatherings a few times a year so that you might get to know your neighbours.
I have a dog.
They provide a dog walk with bags for cleaning up after your pet.
I don't see a problem with owners cleaning up after their pets.
There is a pool, tennis courts, gym, sauna and playgrounds.
There are sidewalks and ample parking.
Recently the management changed hands and we hardly noticed a difference.
We are required pool passes though now.
The location is excellent.
Hunters Chase is located close to shopping, hospitals, parks, clubs, etc.
Eventhough the complex is just off of busy rt.
70, there are a lot of back roads that we have direct access to and help cut down on sitting in traffic.
