This place is not renter friendly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I have been essentially the model tenet. I travel a lot so I am never here. They get a free rent check each month for an empty apartment. In the last year they have made several policy changes. They shut off the car wash when they feel like it, they now charge for water, they now charge for pool passes, and after two years they are now hassling every satellite dish owner in the development.
