okay, so they have a nice look to them. Well, overall they are "ok", but the show apartment is nothing like the one you'll get. The kitchens are old as well as the appliances. The staff are excellent and so are the grounds, but the rental price for what you get is not worth it. Also, the utilities are HIGH! Water alone for a two bedroom with two people is $55 a month! Add in your electric etc and you can see were I am going. The walls and floors are also thin! You expect certain sounds from upstairs, but simple walking should'nt reverbiate throughout the apartment. If you must sign on here - get a top floor! Otherwise you will hear every footstep made upstairs at all hours. Okay, that was all the bad stuff - the good points are the staff and maintenance are excellent as are the grounds. BTW, the gym is small and has outdated equipment. Back to the good stuff - the area (Marlton/Evesham) is very safe and th location is hard to beat...but at a price! Overall - we are moving at the end of our first lease - nice place, just not worth the high price tag. There are nicer places out there.
