Lots of dog poop!

The sign as you come into the compound says luxury apartments, not really. I pay $968 for a basic one bedroom. The kitchen appliances are a bit old and have some cosmetic rust on the units. If you have a dog this is the place to be, it?s overrun with canines. They have a serious problem with owners not picking up after their pets. You pay extra for the pool but you can negotiate this as a freebie with your rental contract before you move in. Also beware that the pool is only open from 11-8 daily, so before work swims is out of the game. When I moved in I told them I was looking for a pool to swim in before work, they never mentioned the pool hours (and like a dummy I didn?t ask) Be careful it the wind is blowing in the wrong direction one can smell the water treatment plant next door.
