hey youve signed yournow the nightmare begins. like pit bulls....only 3 on site now....we enjoy cleaning our shoes of dog feces too..but hey many tenants could care less about picking up after fidoid guess there are 50 to 75 dogs hereso wear your boots year round. love the smell of garbage the marlton waste plant is conveniently located 200 yds away...management never tells you this when showing you around. like noise..i dont paper thin walls and floors.i prefer not to hear my neighbors having sex....like $50 per month water bills(so the company can save $180,00 per yaear..do the math) and outrageous electris bills with 15 year old plus heating units that barely heat your bathroom...come on over. friendly staff if you never see them otherwise they are like the gestapo...saying most things are your fault...oh yes better not have a car you don't use they'll tow it...love the pool too...kids kids kids very QUIET..never just an adult time like many complexes...snow removal whats that ive fallen 3 times on the ice on sidewalks....oh but they do throw a ton of salt so you can track it all over your plush carpets(at least 1/4 inch nylon garbage)....at times you have to make numrous requests to get a problem solved...i guess the office staff is too busy eating cookies and getting ready to charge you 10% late fee if your rent isnt paid by the 6th of the month...in most cases thats only $120....an then if youre late more than once they make you pay by certified check..NICE PLACE...sorta like Auschiwtz''''' I heard they used to have great summer pool parties here..barbecue dj games... now they pinch evry penny...yoi get chips and soda...also used to have monday nite football parties in the clubhouse....now you cant even rent it out...BUT HEY THIS PLACE IS TENANT FRIENDLY...the staff could use a course or two in customer service...since that what the staff is...here to serve you not look at you like oh no whats their problem...just pay the rent and leave us alone...the woods are lovely filled with plastic bags soda cans cups..even condoms...mmmmm...the landscapers p alll their garbage and mulch in the woods....LIke Mice come on over...ah but what a view...i can see 50 cars parked out front just like Vail Colorado...dont worry just close the blinds if they work and IMAGINE. ha ha....friendly neighbors sure if you like Howard Hughes...most are hermits who look at you like youre a terrorist if you say hello...but there are some friendly folks NOT MANY THO...like to work out join a gym...what they have here is old broken or both....want to break your lease and move..think twice...in the 1st 6 months its 3x's your rent in the 2nd 6 2'xs that seems fair doesn't it....oh if you want a satellite dish.... it cant protrude from your balcony...just one of the 100's of THINGS you CAN'T do here...but hey they do let you pay your rent....like to go for a summer stroll at nite we do...but not with 10 to 15 dogs running up to greet you some unleashed...not permitted here...but staff doesn't care they won't get bitten...pit bulls rothweillers only a few...so don't worry children just stay inside you'll be safe....need your carpet steamed cleaned...they may do it every 5 years if you stay that long...the new management company is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP...hear that CHEAP....lock yourself out after hours no problem just wait an hour or two and have $25 dollars ready its full service here....like garbage youll love the 2 dumpsters especially over the holidayswhen mountains of trash pile up..in the summer smells like the killing fields in cambodia...want to wash your car go to a car wash oh wait you can vacuum your car for .75 centsfor 3 minutes(should be free with a rent of $1200 plus per month) like poison ivy its all over in the woods so stay away....But hey the place looks GOOD from the outside...inside old appliances water heaters cooling systems(the ac/heaters were meant to be used in southern climates but we pay for it thru the nose) they do have 2 very nice tennis courts cracking & only 1 lightedplease don't move here unless your a masochist....why do i staymy company pays it all ..god bless ---- cheney he'd fit RIGHT in here
