Hunters Chase is a nice place to live, a little on the expensive side - but what do you expect - your in a town that a normal 2 bedroom home runs you 400,000, so to pay rent at about $1200. a month is not too shabby. The staff is professional, courteous and prompt. The maintenance staff is great and very friendly. Yes the staff may be a little different with you if you don't pay your rent or pay it late - imagine if you were the management - how would you treat someone or a group of people who were late paying you rent''' However i don't think that we should be charged for everything - like use of the pool, the tennis court, water, etc.. and the electric bill run a good $150.00 at least per month for 2 people in a two bedroom, but that is not the employees fault - that is management - ever since the new company took over its definitely knocked down the place a bit they don't really seem to care about the tennants to much, and the neighbors seem like they have chips on their shoulders because of it - you would think you could at least mutter "hi". But anyway the staff is great, friendly and overall it is a nice place to live - in a great area with little noise. I happen to live on the top floor so i don't hear anything above me or below me - so our appologies to whomever lives below us (remember neighbors are not too friendly so i don't know who they are)if we are too loud. Thanks to the staff and especiall Tom (maintenance) and Tara (property manager) two very nice people.

obviously if you lived on a lower floor you would hear an abundant amount of noise...old appliances (ie washing machine) rumbling overhead and where in the world is the luxury living...you're paying for the ZIP code only!

Tara pleasant and friendly? You must talk to her when she is sleeping? And not the town's average house is NOT $400,000. $50 dollar water bills on a rental with NO meters on site is ABSURD and fraudulent.
