Your Initial Perception Will Not Match Your Experience

These apartments look very nice from the the first impression. The grounds are landscaped well, the clubhouse is excellent, the staff are friendly and courteous, and the sample unit looks very nice.

Reality sets in soon enough when you move in. Notice the cheap nylon carpeting that is marginally softer than concrete. The aging kitchen cabinets. Your 15 year old washer and dryer. Hastily painted walls with white paint clogging air vents and spotted on the new carpet. And speaking of the paint don't so much as look at your walls funny or they'll get scuffed with ugly black marks that simply won't come off. Don't try to take a damp rag to them either or the habitat for humanity quality paint will smear all over the place leaving an even uglier mark. Oh yes, and very old windows. Rusty drains and ancient bathroom fixtures. I mean it's your typical apartment that you'd expect to pay $700 a month or so for a 2br of this quality. Problem is you're paying $1200.

Huh' For what' You see they're not necessarily horrible apartments or dramatically worse than anything else you could find in Camden or Burlington County, but for the luxury price tag they entail its ming boggling how crappy the features are compared to the price.

Think I'm joking' Wait until you get your first electric bill in the winter, those crappy windows will leave you freezing and in order to compensate for this you will be left with a $150 electric bill each month of Winter. Add on $55 for WATER!! Who the hell charges for water' Now you're paying over $1400 a month.

Then night time hits and you smell something funny in the air... oh that's just the waste treatment plant right next to your complex that the renting agents never bothered to mention. And good luck with parking, you can end up several units down from your own if you don't get home at a certain time.

Walls are paper thin. There's a near infestation of spiders.

Like to play tennis' Well there's two courts! Too bad one is delapidated as can be, with a fence peeling off the metal supports from the top, cracks all over it, a net being held to the white tape by literally a twig, and the convenient location of being right next to the woods so bugs will attack you. But you could always use the nice lit one, that is if you can scare aware the children skateboarding, etc in there only to have them return with one of their large dogs they can't control that will eat your tennis balls...

Random piles of construction materials sit in parking spaces around the complex. The trash bins are always full. There's a myriad of stupid trite rules about every little aspect of living here. And you can expect a $50-$65 a month increase if you want to renew your lease.

I mean it's not horrendous, these are all just things you simply do not expect to see given the rent being paid. To call these aging apartments with all the problems mentioned aboved luxury living and charge what they do should be a crime. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Nice show apartment, your nightmare starts after you sign the lease and move in. Management turns into NASTY to DEAL WITH and very inflexible. Scully needs to sell this place so we can be managed by real property professionals, that do not charge you Fraudulent charges such as WATER BILLS on a Rental. Move elsewhere. Not worth it.
