okay, so it is in a nice area...that's where it all stops! Old appliances, sloppy paint work (doors still stick after a year), sewage plant next door, horrible insulation, $50 water bills (an apartment!!) and marginal maintenance - they are fast to come to your apartment, but will barely fix the problem, mine - a broken toilet that barely flushes, but they refuse to replace!!! Dont be fooled by the show apartment, ask to see one that is being lived in - the fixtures are not what is in the showroom, my tub is coming apart....will not be renewing
