If you're thinking about renting here, just stop. You've already gone too far...especially if you are signing a short term (which you will pay extra for) and don't plan on staying the entire time. Your lease says "can not apply security deposit towards rent". Ok. So I try to get out of my lease early and they say, nope! Lease doesn't allow for it and we can't change that, but you can apply your security deposit towards your last months rent, how about that? Uh, didn't you just tell me you can't change the lease? But you just did by offering to let me use my security deposit towards my last month's rent! Bugs are absolutely horrible! I have nightmares that these pinching things are crawling all over, or I find beetles meshed into the rug when I move the furniture to vacuum! Spiders are enormous and think they own the place (I think they're coming out of the vents...). I have a one bedroom first floor and my god...the people upstairs shower at 2:00 am and you'd think the walls came tumbling down! Go ahead...try and sleep through one night without waking up...not gonna happen. As far as management goes? I see everyone talking about a show apartment...what's that? I was just shown an empty apartment! Oh, and back to the bugs...don't come home after dark because you'll get attacked at your outside light by the unknown species, that attach to your clothes and follow you in. I can't believe I even went through with this lease...the most horrible decision ever!
