Don't Be fooled-Very inflexible Management

This was a nice place in the past. NOW, with new management taken over, it is not a pleasant experience. The maintenance has deteriorated, the management treats you like they are doing you a favor to be a tenant. NOT VERY NICE people to deal with.
And Tara the Manager, needs to take some classes on Customer Service. She specializes in sending and posting nasty letters on your door.
Rents are higher and higher, service SUCKS, they charge you for water bills (averaging $50-55 per month) Nobody can give you a reason why an out of state meter company bills you for such high monthly water bills. Your electric averages $150-$200 per month (meter on site), if the air conditioning unit is not functioning properly, ad maintenance does not fix it for you (YOU GET STUCK with the bills).There is no meter on site and the township does not even acknowledge such high water bills for a RENTAL community.
Don't be fooled. Rent elsewhere!!!
