Managment is the worst.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
My dad moved into this place after selling his house and wanting a smaller place. I thought it was a good choice, we had lived in Medford and thought it was a nice area, it doesn't have apartment numbers, lots of trees and grass, and the buildings looked nice. Well after 2 years he decided to move from his two bedroom apartment to a smaller, one bedroom, model. this is where the trouble stared. He called me, my siblings, and a few of his work friends to help store some stuff and move things down the road. Let me start by saying my dad is a neat freak he is super clean, every week he would wet vacuum the place and the day we moved out he ran over the place three times before leaving. Well about two months later I got a call from my father and he said they were keeping almost all of his security deposit, I came over and he told me that the management said that there was dirt on the floor and that they had to call in a company to clean the floor, knowing that this was a bunch of bull we called to see pictures. After about 3 days we finally got some pictures and they were ridiculous in the pictures the floor was very dirty but we saw that there was clearly maintenance people in the apartment you could see a white bucket with tools in it. and when we called and asked about this they said that the maintenance men must have brought it in with them and assured us that they had taken it on the first day, I knew there was something funny about it and pressured my dad into questioning them further, but he decided that it wasn't that much money (although it was over a thousand) but it might not have been that much for a man who is retiring soon and just sold his house. But unless you have a thousand dollars to spare stay clear of this place.
