This is a great place to live if you have dogs, because there's room to walk them. Yes, there's a lot of poop around, but the complex provides free pick up bags - it's lazy tenants who don't use them that are the problem.
When we moved in, our apartment had new carpeting, vinyl flooring, blinds, and a fresh paint job. Even the toilet seats and ice cube trays were new. Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond. Even though we lived in an apartment facing the woods, we had no bug problems. The grounds are well kept and attractive, but there's litter and poop bags thrown in the bushes - again, lazy tenants.
The workout facilities are nice, and everyone in the leasing office is OK. I highly recommend talking to Sarah - she's the nicest and best informed.
These apartments are far from big, though. If you need lots of storage, check out the closets carefully. It was great to have our own w/d in its own laundry/storage room. We also had a fireplace, which worked fine.
The other tenants are pretty quiet. Mostly professionals. You get some white trash, but not too much. Evesham Police cruise through the parking lots once in awhile.
We did feel the apartments were overpriced - our mortage is less! - but we did get one month of free rent. They get you on the pet and facility fees, and God help you if you are one day late with the rent. We were one day late once and got hit with a $112 charge.
Overall, it was a good, temporary solution for us. I would recommend the place to friends.
