Hunters Chase

 

I was brought out here on a short term work contract and decided to bring my pet with me.

I looked at many complexes in teh surrounding area and found Hunters Chase to offer the most for my dollar.

Hunters Chase was very helpful in getting me moved in and comfortable.

The rent was high for me, even though I came from Southern California but the office staff was willing to help me find a good deal.

My work contract has been extended twice and I have been forced to sign 6 month leases each time thinking I was going to get to move back West.

Six month leases are significantly higher in price but Hunters Chase again worked with me to set a price we both thought was fair.

I am coming up to my two year anniversary at Hunters Chase and I am still pleased with them.

Yes, the late fees are high so don't be late.

Yes, there is a garbage problem in the woods surrounding the property and this is because of lazy tenants but I think Hunters Chase could do more to clean it up.

Overall I do recommend Hunters Chase to others.

I find the staff helpful and kind, the maintenance is prompt and professional and it really is a nice place to live.
