Marlton Meadows

I'm moving out to move into my own house. Otherwise I'd stay. Ajoining Marlton Meadow's property is a quiet middle class residential community with many families. The other side has route 70 on it, which makes for great access to 295 and 95.

I also like the spacious eat in kitchen. Could always need more counter space and cupboards.

Living room is pretty good side, along with the bedroom. No complaints with the bathroom.

Maintenance is always prompt. The windows on the apartments are one of the only complaints. They are so old, don't open or close easily, look dirty since they're so old, and let lots of cold drafts in. Heat is included in the rent, so it doesn't worry me too much. I do pay the air conditioning though. Electricity bills run from $40 in the winter months to $150 max in the Summer (I live upstairs so hot air rises).

Bugs. It is the buggiest apartment I've had. Every few weeks, sometimes several times per week, I find a bug. Don't know what type they are, but they're there.

The grounds could use some work. I think a blind person mows the lawn here. Trees and shrubs need trimming.
