The Property Manager is the reason it's not a great place to live.

Overall, I enjoyed living at Marlton Meadows, however, the noise from the upstairs neighbors was unbearable at times. The maintenance man was EXCELLENT. However, I would not recommend this place b/c of the property manager, who I will call 'M'. If you want something done, or have even the smallest complaint, 'M' will hang up on you without solving the problem. She also gets very nasty if you have a problem with your apartment, even if you are nice to her. My neighbors and I had to call her boss about her lack of professionalism many times. Also, make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move in or out and be sure to attend the move out walkthrough. We moved out 2 weeks early (although we paid for the whole month), and 'M' told us just to leave the keys and she'd call us with any problems (since we had 2 weeks left to fix things, if there were problems). I later found out what 'M' did was AGAINST company policy. Then, she tried to take most of our security deposit because of pointless charges that did not exist. She never called us to say there was a problem before we were expected to vacate the apartment. Also, if you have any friends who ride motorcycles, they are not allowed to park on the property. If you own one, you're not allowed to park it there either.

I read this review before I went to Marlton Meadows but the apts were so nice online I decided to go there anyway. The manager was so nice when she showed me the apt. The apt was awesome. It had a new kitchen, my own washer and dryer, and the manager said they just put in new windows too. I have been here a couple months now and the manager and maintenance are always so nice. I never have any problems with either one. When I first moved in I must have called the office almost everyday for the fisrt two weeks. The manager was always there to help me with all my questions.
