nice starter apartment

Nieuw Amsterdam apartments are in a good area, a bit expensive but its because of the area.. Kim, the mngr has always been helpful and George the maintenance man is also nice.. The only complaint I have are the thin walls.. I can hear my neighbors Tv's and radios..
Overall its a nice spot to live
