I have lived here since 2000. The moment I moved in to one of the upstairs apartments, I heard some creepy kids blasting their stereo all day long. I was extremely upset. The landlady would not warn the people about the noise. She fortunetely, allowed me to move to another one, downstairs. The people above me, however, bounced and banged on the floor all the time. It drove me nuts. Then a young guy moved in last summer and blasted his stereo. When I complained, he said that he had the right to play it loud. The landlady did absolutetly nothing to help stop it, until other people complained and called the cops. I have been EXTREMELY miserable here in this tiny, dirty dump. Marlton is a nice town, but this apartment makes you feel like you are living in Camden. I'm moving out this year. I'd rather pay more rent for a quiet, clean, decent place in Mt. Laurel.
