Recently moved in here. Kim, the property manager, was extremely helpful in getting my lease through quickly, as I needed to move closer to my job, and had to have a pet-friendly apartment.

Living on the first floor, I do tend to hear alot from the squeaky floorboards upstairs, but it becomes tolerable. Reasonably new, easy to operate windows, like new carpeting, new dishwasher and like new appliances made this move pretty easy for me. Neighbors seem nice but that may vary from building to building, I suppose. Parking is great where I am, but it is designated, so that may vary at other buildings, too.

I like the convenience to WalMart and other shopping. Overall, not a bad place to live.
