Nice place... Loud Dogs

I moved into Nieuw Amsterdam over the summer of 2005. I can honestly say that I did not hear any of my neighbors at all until at least 3 months after moving in. Some loud music during the day from the neigbor behind me, but not often at all. Most of my neighbors are extremely courteous, but there are a few with lack of respect for others. I just wish that they would change the policy for dogs because I have one neighbor across the way that lets their dog get away with barking whenever the owner is not home. I would love to see that dog gone!! Overall I think that Nieuw Amsterdam is a great place to start out at and I would definately recommend it to my friends. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
