I think this place is disgusting.. I use to live at these apartments a few years back with my now fiance. The noise was awful and they allowed about 20 people to live above us. The class of people in some areas was awful and I felt very unsafe. The apartments themselves were dirty and not well kept.. Also no one every picked up the dog poo and that really bothered me.. They need to do some work on the inside of the apartments and get the poo undercontrol and maybe they would be a little nicer.. However I really enjoyed Kim she is very nice.

I know for a fact that there are 11 people living in an apt and I also believe strongly!that they are here illegally.Why are there so many cars that have pennsylvania tags?because iT's easier to get tags there than in New Jersey!when you are in this country illegally!I'ts a crime that should not be aloud to continue .Management has to know,but doesn't care as long as they get their money,but it won't be long before there won't be any desent people living here it will be the biggest SLUM in Marlton! Oh,by the way,I do live here,but not to much longer!
