I have been living here for 2 years. It is an apartment complex, it is exactly what you would expect. Yes you can hear your neighbors now and then but you have to understand that you live in an apartment complex. Yes there are many different race people living here. That doesn't make it any worst then any other apartment complex. Maintenance is great! They are always right on top of it when you call them. Never had a problem with them!! Kim (Apt. Manager) is so nice. She does her best at helping everyone! My only complaint would be that the pool is crowded because they NEVER check pool passes. There are always people there without them. Those rules are never inforced. So we don't go to the pool. They are working on upgrades right now that are great but I am sure they are uping the rent with them!
