I will be at Neiuw Amsterdan for a year at the end of the month.
Kim is great! she is very helpful and understanding. Maintenence always comes when i have a problem, and fixes it. They have been good to me. Although when i moved in I spent 3 hourse cleaning my kitchen alone and a few more hours on the rest. i also had to have maintenence come back and paint some stuff they missed. They are upgrading the apartments now, as people move out, which of course is causing the rent to go up. But honestly its worth it, especially if you have children and work. Marlton has excellent schools and the ECC Progran (before and after school program) is OUTRAGEOUSLY cheap compared to surrounding towns. I have a 1 bedroom and its great to just pay my rent and electricity, which is $20-$30 in the winter and at the most $100 in the summer.

Here are my complaints:

1. the lawn service, they are sloppy and keep cutting my flowers I plant
2. the pool NEEDS a bathroom
3. The pool overall needs more rules one of them being: you can't wear clothes in the pool, (thats just gross)
4. They need to stop letting all the Indian people move in with like 6-10 people in a one bedroom apartment, its ridicuolous and unsanitary and unfair.
and finally, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT!
5. THE LAUNDRY ROOMS:
Please tell me why all you people are so gross and cant throw ur dryer sheets and lint in the trash can provided?
Overall its gross in my laudry room, they really need to clean and fix a few things and put strict rules on the use of it. and they really need to put alock back on the door and make sure people dont break it and such, i cant tell you how many times I have caught kids in there throwing balls full force at the machines and kicking holes in the walls.

I guess I'm not the only one who think's it's unfair for us to deal with 10 Indian people living in one bedroom apartment!
