cold in the winter and very noisy

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
nice size but rent is too high. increase in rent of about $50/year. cold wind blows in one side and out the other. end units have noisy heat and air right next to living room so when it comes on you have to turn the volume of tv to maximum to hear it. maintenance is ok but there is a mold problem behind the tubs in all units and they refuse to do anything about it. poor lease terms for anyonewho wants to leave any time but at end of lease.
