I have been a resident at Sagemore for a few years now and find the 2 reviews with low rating interesting. I see in the overall rating parking is pretty bad, how we have assigned covered parking, Maint. have you ever lived anywhere else that maint will be there max time 48 hrs usually same day. Safety hmmmmmm I would like to know what safety issues you have. We have keys that will record anyone that comes in and out of your apt, so if someone comes in without our permission we can call the office and they will tell you immediately who went in your apartment. Increases of 50.00 per year not that I like increases but thats less than 3% try to find that elsewhere. I had a problem with my heater to I called maint. they came out checked it and determined there was something wrong guess what, I received a new heater in 2 days. Oh and the small print on the lease try reading it before signing, that might help you. So I challenge you to show us where all of these problems occur. This place is beautiful and well maintaned, everyone is very polite and I take offense to your comments. Oh and I was wondering why one of you lived here for 5 years and the other for over 2 years if it is so bad. Kinda makes me wonder do you even live here at all.
