Have lived in a 2-bedroom apartment at Sagemore for 5 years and have to say that you really can't do better in South Jersey. Grounds upkeep is top-notch, the apartment floorplans are among the largest in the area. Absolutely no safety issues. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. Certainly not the cheapest rent in the area, but I would say definitely the best bargain; that's why there's a 2 year waiting list.
