I lived there little less than a year (have to move earlier due to job transfer). I truly loved that place: roomy 2-bedroom apts, huge windows, fireplace, lots of closets, was ideal for my family.
Area was always clean, though once a fallen tree was taken out the third day... but I was pretty confident about my car safety, and the neighborhood was really friendly. Mostly elder people neighboured with us and I liked that - no other noise except from our family. Though the nearby 73 highway does produce some dummy drone which you can hear at aerly night hours, so take care to chose maybe the opposite side of appt buildings.
Maintenance was responsive and I couldn't say anything negative. Once we had a fan in bathroom fixed and another time - light switcher. Both times service man came next day after the phone call.
The rent office woman was very friendly, once I've asked to use their fax machine for long-distance call to send papers to my new job, she was absolutely helpful.
I would absolutely recommend this place for a quite family or elder pair, maybe for some neat single.
PS. Also proximity of Promenada Plaza - the most beautiful plaza in maybe 50-miles area was not the last thing when I've chosen this place. While shops there might look pricy for most people, the summer weekly concerts there are really nice. Borders book house, Target, Genuardis are all in 5-minutes walk distance there, so it's a rear (for NJ) opportunity to walk somewhere i/o driving. Check Marlton library you'd be surprised how many useful and entertaining free stuff you'd find there.
