I don't think it's all that bad. Sure, it's expensive, but try and find a nice place in Marlton in a good area that isn't. They've been pretty quick to respond when we've had problems, but there haven't been many. The only thing I could complain about is the neighbors slamming doors, but you're going to get that everywhere. I feel safe there (after living in an apt. where my car got broken into twice) and it's a nice community. I would recommend it if you don't mind spending a little more and don't care about extra ammenities. Until we can afford to buy a house, my husband and I really don't mind living here.
