The Villager Run Apartments

Like living in a dump From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Turn around and run away. These apartments are old. out of date, dank, dark, dirty, nasty and have a strong smell of horse urin from the horse farm next door. The property manager thinks she is oh so above the tennants, totally without people skills and deals with the tennants with a nasy attitude. They will not return your deposit, wanting you to pay for pre-existing damage and maintenance problems upon move-out. I was charges for repair of normal wear and tear items. They are very intusive into your home and when "asking" for access or have some proceedures they want followed they use threats and demeaning ways of presenting them to you as though you were the enemy. The management seems to think the tennents are thier wards and are there for thier beneifit, not the other way around, as it should be. I will say the maintenance staf was very responsive to the tennents concerns. I would not, however, recommend this place to anyone and was very happy and relieved to move out.
