My boyfriend and I have lived in Willow Ridge for almost two years. It is by far the best value in all of Marlton. Rents are under $800 per month and all apartments (1 or 2 bdrms) have a full size washer/dryer, complete kitchen with a window and a VERY large storage room INSIDE the apartment. Maintenance has been impeccable the few times we've needed minor things done- the property is kept in remarkable shape. The pool and tennis courts are available for a small fee of under $15 per year. There has only been one rent increase in the past 7 years and it was only $20 per month. The complex has incredibly easy access to both routes 73 and 70. It is walking distance from several stores including Genuardi's, Target, Old Navy and Bed Bath and Beyond. Its a very quiet apartment complex even though there are a lot of families here. We plan on staying here for a number of years....until we buy a house. The single only drawback I can think of is the "no pets" policy.
