I currently live at Willow Ridge and have for the past 6 years. I have seen the complex change over this time for the worse. They have new management that are somewhat professional. The maintenance guy is another story-he is the worst!! Perhaps the management needs to follow up on him as he never comes back to complete jobs and the work that he does complete is less than satisfactory. The landscaping has gone down hill, the outside of the buildings are in need of painting, and the windows well, they are a joke and need replacing. They have started painting the exteriors but by the time they finish, the first one they painted will need painting again. It is a very slow process. I suggest they hire a large painter with a fleet of men rather than the amature painter they have hired up until now. Everytime they repaint the interiors of the apartment, they forget to sand the spackel or remove the ducts covers,light fixtures and outlet covers getting paint all over them and letting it dry. Just poor quality everything. I thought Chisano had a better reputation than that....step it up. The only thing they seem to step up is the rent which goes up every year without any improvments. Perhaps they should keep us involved and up to date with where the $$ is being spent, rather then sending around the ridiculous newsletter that they have filled with useless garbage. What a joke. As far as community involvement, there is none. I have lived in other complexes where the managment was active and coordinated tenant functions creating a sense of community. They do the minimum here and nothing more. Needless to say, I have given my notice to vacate as well as many others. If you drive around you'll see too, many open windows with the blinds up, (hint vacant). No long wait to get in anymore...hmmm I wonder why'''
