I have been in willow ridge for 10yers rent started 2 broom 695 now 983 I agree tired of rent increasing every year but does NOT go up 50/year 40 was max. Rich does stink as Maintence man but it is up to residents to stay on top of him and complain to rental office IN WRITING for anything to change. It is nice community nice area apartments are nice with washer/dryer you cross street to sagemore your paying 1200 for one bedroom' Voorhees smaller apts they start at 1000/month. I enjoy living here has some issues but u have to report those issues and I certainly do. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
