I've lived in Willow Ridge for two years and I think Rich has done a good job keeping on top of issues. Everytime I put in a maintenance request to the office it was addressed usually the same day. My biggest complaint is the noisy heating/AC unit in the middle of the apartment that could wake someone out of a coma when it kicks on. Also if you are a non-smoker, beware! My second floor apartment smells like cigarettes 24/7 and its disgusting! Office said there is nothing they can do about it and they can't put smokers in smoking designated buildings either. Also some of the office staff are not that bright but if you have two or more brain cells you'll learn quickly how to deal with them. All in all I've lived in worse apartments and actually would have stayed in this apartment longer but I am moving for a new job.

don`t know what planet you are on but you must have something with "good-ol rich" and you seem to be the only one that gets things done the same day you put in for it. I asked for a very simple door bell which "He" said OH we have them in stock well i don`t know where the stock room was, apparently on the other side of the earth. And there is nothing wrong with some of the office sounds like you`re in a coma from your a/c heater
