all my neighbors were very nice, the only problem was the owner. i called about a problem i was having and he cursed at me over the phone. i would recommend not living there.

I find this hard to believe. There are two sides to every story, and I'd like to hear the other side. I've lived here for over six years, and overall things are great. If you're going to make such a derogatory statement, you should support it with more details.
